The main difference is that the Myrr version has settlement encounter tables/monster lists and a ton of NPC stats. It also has an extra map of Myrr. The DM Guild version has general encounter tables/monster lists, some extra magic items, and only a handful of NPC stats.
If you were to have a preference between it and the Myr version of the book, which would you point buyers to? Is there a reason to own both, perhaps?

As far as a preference, I would always want customers to make their own choice.
